New PC

Bear with us as we change over PC's. We bought an HP last night with 8GB, it will be ready for pick up in a couple of hours. This old PC will move downstairs into our living room where we will also (hopefully) have an internet connection. I don't have any CDRW's yet to changeover the pics from this PC to the new PC. Now the process of shutting this one down and putting the new one in....and all the cleaning involved in that process! Dust bunnies, here I come. In the meantime, enjoy some cabin pics!

Winter view looking to the northwest out the front window. That is our lake association swim dock, down at our shoreline.
Winter view looking west, that is our front dock.

Remember the dry well post? Well, I found a pic of the pipe that Bill took out, no wonder my kitchen sink wouldn't drain.

cedar - we are surrounded by water on 3 sides! :)

George - The old one is sitting in the corner awaiting a trip to it's new home downstairs in the living room.

Betsy - I'm feeling old, can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Shelley - we can sit on the dock now. But, our butts will get wet!

Jessica - thanks I love winter scenes too, just not the cold.

Oooo, nasty pipe. We still haven't gotten our water pump fixed after it froze. We have been lazy and just keep a cup of water handy to prime it each time. The first thing we have to do is go under the cabin and on the float logs to pull up the PVC pipe to see if the end cap is clogged. The weather and water have been so cold that we are putting that step off. If that doesn't clear up the problem, the pump probably needs a new seal inside. But for now, the lazy man way rules. - Margy
